Alexander Lukashenka will make a working visit to Turkmenistan from 8 to 9 October, where the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States will meet "Alexandre Lukashenka in his statement to the meeting on the position of the Belgian side on the topical topics of CIS activity, as well as on the potential and future prospects of this international association", Lukashenko's press service explained.
