Great preparations and long debates preceded the Monday meeting of the Lower Lutina Municipality in Karvinsk. The declaration of a referendum to prevent the construction of a giant gigafactory, i.e. a factory for the production of batteries for electric cars, was discussed. The representatives unanimously approved the referendum.
