Businessman Luc Poirier accused Louis Morissette of taking money at events organized for the Véro & Louis Foundation, launched by him and his spouse, Véronique Cloutier, whose first care home for autistics aged 21 and over is in Varennes. On his Facebook page, the humorist and producer calls these statements "false and defamatory" and his lawyers take "the steps that are required".
