Four Climbers Saved in the Hohe Tauern National Park

On Saturday on their tour in the Hohe Tauern National Park, four German hikers went from the Warnsdorfer Hütte (2,336 metres above sea level) to the Kürsingerhütte at Großvenediger (3,657 metres above sea level) in mountain distress. After they had taken a wrong turn-off, they then got lost in the fog, reported the Salzburger Bergrettung on Sunday. The group remained unharmed, but a woman was undercooled and exhausted during the rescue.
