Four months after his visit to Arinthod, Serge Papin was back in the Jura on Friday, April 3. The minister in charge of commerce surveyed the city centre of Lons-le-Saunier. In order to fight against the commercial holiday which amounts to 13% in Lons-le-Saunier, the City and the associations of traders signed the first charter "Commercial City" of France.
