Local TV, phone, internet provider to pay $6.5 million in lawsuit

(WKBN) - The Armstrong Group, which provides cable TV, phone, and internet service to several Mahoning County suburbs, has agreed to pay $6.5 million to settle false claim allegations made by the Federal Communication Commission.
