Local Children’s Advocate Jailed on Sex Charges
A local advocate for children, Scott Alan Sherwin, 64 of Rome, has been jailed this week on numerous counts of sexual extortion, forgery and false statements and writings. According to officials, warrants were taken in Bartow County and Sherwin was taken into custody this week at his home. Sherwin who serves as a counselor and behavior analyst office located on Douglas Street. Source
