Young French cycling prospect Paul Seixas also won the royal stage of the Tour of the Basque Country in Eibar. With his third victory this week, the 19-year-old increased his lead in the overall standings before the final stage. Slovenian ace Primož Roglič slipped to third place overall after today's stage.
