Little Rock city attorney: Charges against Uber driver were refiled due to evidence, not retaliation over criticism | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Little Rock city attorneys refiled July charges against a Sherwood Uber driver not to retaliate against him for statements he made, but because the junior attorney who dropped them hadn't reviewed the evidence, the city attorney argued this week in his reply to a motion to dismiss the case on grounds of prosecutorial vindictiveness.
