LinkedIn's latest research says most Gen Z professionals in India are not actively networking despite valuing professional relationships. The findings suggest fear, limited guidance and weak connection-building could affect job access and career support.
Younger employees are more likely to openly criticize unethical or toxic environments in companies and leave, even before they have a new job. According to the analyst, people in their thirties are the first generation to try to approach work differently. In this way, they also help older people, who often do not speak up due to their commitments.
