Lightning Strikes Causes Maple Grove House Fire

A home in Maple Grove caught fire after a lightning strike early Friday morning, fire officials confirmed with CCX News. Maple Grove firefighters say it happened as the storms moved through around 7 a.m. at a home in the 12000 block of Robin Road. Firefighters said flames were showing when crews arrived, but were able to get the fire out quickly. Nobody was injured from the incident.
