Stephen van Rooyen will become the CEO of the newly formed telecom group Ziggo Group. This was announced by parent company Liberty Global. Van Rooyen is currently the head of VodafoneZiggo, which will form the Ziggo Group together with the Belgian Telenet. The formation is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
