Liberty County residents will have a chance to weigh in on future roadways and transportation needs during a community open house on Wednesday, Nov. 18, in Dayton. The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) and Liberty County are developing a countywide Thoroughfare Plan to identify potential roadway connections, improve traffic flow and prepare for continued growth.
