The Liberec Region should buy the hotel and the Ještěd transmitter for 181 million crowns. Czech Radio Communications (ČRa) is to pay a so-called easement for the use of about a third of the building, i.e. approximately three million annually. The Liberec Region Council approved the terms and parameters of the purchase contract at today's extraordinary meeting. The plan must still be approved by the council, which will meet on August 26.
