Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE:LEVI) Releases FY 2026 Earnings Guidance
On Wednesday, Levi Strauss raised its annual profit forecast after receiving tariff refunds, though it lowered full-year revenue growth guidance to 7%.
Tariff refunds provided a 16-cent per share boost during the third quarter ended August 30, lifting Levi's adjusted earnings to 48 cents per share, exceeding analyst expectations of 36 cents.
Net revenue rose 4% to $1.61 billion, but direct-to-consumer growth slowed to 2% as CEO Michelle Gass cited missed marketing targets in the United States.
Management plans to redeploy $60 million into promotions and marketing this year while launching a $100 million accelerated share repurchase program to support future growth.
Levi named John Vandemore, incoming chief financial officer effective November 1, succeeding Harmit Singh, the outgoing chief financial and growth officer who announced his planned retirement.
