‘Leverage: Redemption’ Canceled After 3 Seasons — What Would’ve Happened Next
Amazon MGM Studios will not renew Leverage: Redemption after three seasons, ending the revival that premiered in 2021 and featured most of the original cast.
This year, Amazon MGM Studios did not renew Leverage: Redemption, ending the series after three seasons, TV Insider reported nearly eight months after Season 3 premiered.
Following the original five-season run on TNT, the new series Leverage: Redemption premiered in 2021 as a sequel with most of the original cast returning, TV Insider reported.
Series regulars Gina Bellman, Christian Kane and Beth Riesgraf returned, Noah Wyle and Aleyse Shannon joined cast, Aldis Hodge guest-starred, and Electric Entertainment produced with Dean Devlin, Marc Roskin, and John Rogers as executive producers.
Fans and creators are left with unresolved storylines after Parker seemingly went rogue in Season 3, while John Rogers and Marc Roskin said there were no firm plans for a fourth season.
Season 3 emphasized a thematic through-line and creators said a fourth season would have explored darker elements and industrial AI/environmental damage, shaped by Nate Ford’s off-screen death.
