Can city seek other funding sources for Fourth of July celebration? We celebrate the Fourth of July as it is a patriotic holiday, celebrating our country, its history and honoring our servicemen and women. We block out this event every year as Loveland has always had the best Fourth of July celebration. The fireworks are outstanding. We understand that due to budget cuts, this will not be happening this year, and this is deeply disturbing to us.…
