I am a member of the Board of Young Tracks, but this letter is mine personally and does not represent the position of the Board. While I am pleased that HP preschool is taking over the Young Tracks facility and a large number of the preschool student slots which were lost when Young Tracks was closed are now to be made available to the community, this whole situation has shown a complete ignoring of the concept of “Innocent until proven guilty”.…
