Letter to the editor: Winter Park’s new transit app is flawed. We should course correct.

The Lift Transit is letting the Winter Park community down with the new Flex app. They are trying to force all the riders to use this new app when it is extremely flawed. It’s not meant to handle the volume that is inevitable during the winter time when we will have hundreds and sometimes thousands more workers and visitors. As it is designed, it will lead to longer travel times and wait times for everyone and is obviously going to be less effic…
