Letters to the editor: Warren millage, No Kings protest

Sending a message to city Warren residents should vote no on the supplemental public safety millage that appears on the Nov. 4 ballot. This was an appropriate funding action when first passed in 2012 at a time when the city budget was decimated by falling revenues owing to falling property values resulting from the financial crisis.
