Letter to the Editor: Royers-Greaves School for the blind urge passage of budget to help state’s most vulnerable

Pennsylvania’s budget impasse is more than a political stalemate—it is a crisis for our most vulnerable citizens.  As of September 10th, the Commonwealth has gone nearly 70 days without an approved budget.  Every day without an approved budget places at risk the blind and severely disabled individuals who rely on essential human services funded by the Commonwealth.
