PG&E came through like a champ during a 52-hour outage in Aptos, writes Barbara Dahl. Dahl: We received notification from PG&E that the broken power lines and utility pole would be fixed by Thursday at 10:30 p.m. Sure enough, the lights came on Thursday, 4 1/2 hours early, she says.
