LETTER: Central Saanich rec centre would benefit the entire Peninsula

I was dismayed at Sidney council’s vote to deny funding to the proposed Central Saanich recreation centre. As anyone who regularly uses Panorama Recreation Centre can testify, its facilities are strained at best. The utilization levels at it and other public recreation centres on the Peninsula have been high for years. It will only get worse.
