Letlole La Rona Breaks Ground on P250 Million Zana Junction Mall

Letlole La Rona Limited (LLR) Group through its subsidiary JTTM Properties (Pty) Ltd today marked a major milestone in Botswana's economic diversification journey with the groundbreaking ceremony for the P250 million Zana Junction Mall in Selebi Phikwe. The ceremony brought together Government leaders, investors, business leaders and community stakeholders to celebrate the start of Phase Two of one of the SPEDU region's largest private sector investments. The development marks a significant step in the regeneration of Selebi Phikwe following the closure of the BCL Mine in 2016. Once complete, Zana Junction Mall will offer approximately 14,000 square metres of modern retail space on a 7.18-hectare site, serving Selebi Phikwe and neighbouring communities with supermarkets, restaurants, financial institutions, fashion retailers and other essential services.
