LEALND, NC (WWAY) — The Town of Leland announced on Tuesday the installation of four rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) at two crosswalks along Town Hall Drive. The project enhances safety between the Leland Library, the Brunswick Center at Leland, Founders Park, and Town Hall.
