- The model is a 2,539-piece replica and LEGO's first transforming LEGO house, featuring a detailed façade, seven furnished rooms, Steve's car, the WSQK radio station van, and easter eggs from all five seasons.
- Sign up as a LEGO Insider to get early access, as general customers can buy from Sunday 4th January 2026 on the LEGO site, with pre-orders unavailable.
- Customers who order shortly after release will get a free WSQK radio station set with Joyce Byers and Sheriff Hopper minifigures, and the Creel House ships with a large minifigure lineup including Eleven through Vecna.
