Lego sues producers of concrete blocks

Lego sues a company that sells forms for anti-terror bollards in block form.

Because a Dutch company compares concrete blocks with Lego stones, it has a complaint from the Danish toy manufacturer on its neck. As far as the Lego brand is concerned, the company does not understand any fun.

The Dutch company sells molds for "concrete Lego blocks". According to the Danish toy manufacturer, this infringes on the Lego brand name.

LEGO has focused on a concrete company in Heerhugowaard. The Danish toy company has filed summary proceedings alleging that the Dutch company infringes LEGO's trademark rights.
