This reopens the painful wounds of parents who lost their children in the attack.
According to the assessment of this panel of the Court of Appeal, there are still special circumstances that the defendant Vladimir Kecmanović will repeat the criminal offense in a short period of time.
Stefan Ćorda, one of the lawyers of the families of the children killed in the Belgrade school "Vladislav Ribnikara", said today that the judgment against the parents of the boy who did it was canceled "due to procedural reasons".
The Court of Appeal in Belgrade has overturned the first-instance verdict that sentenced Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, the parents of the boy who committed a mass murder at the Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School, to several years in prison and ordered the first-instance court to retry the trial.
She stated that the trial was difficult and that it was difficult for everyone to re-enter the courtroom and repeat everything they did the first time.
