The High Anti-Corruption Court has handed down a verdict in the case of Oleksandr Yurchenko, a member of parliament from the Servant of the People party, according to the Anti-Corruption Action Center.
This is the third incumbent people ' s deputy who has received a real term of imprisonment.

In August President Volodymyr Zelensky’s former Deputy Chief of Staff Iryna Mudra, lawmaker Maksym Mykytas, and Viktor Dubovyk, head of the legal policy department at the President's Office, were also charged as part of the case. The suspects are accused of both corporate raiding and money laundering.
