Estonian company Wolfram Europa has announced a €200 million investment to build an explosives factory near Jēkabpils, Latvia. The complex will be built on a 40-hectare plot of land, the use of which has been agreed upon under a long-term contract with the Latvian state forestry company Latvijas Valsts Meži.
