Two Arrested In Mercer County

(2-3-26) Two men were arrested, both are being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center, both are being held on bond and awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing. Charles Mullins (53) was arrested on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft. Shain Sawmiller (48) of Celina was arrested on a 2nd degree misdemeanor possession of drug abuse instruments and a 1st degree misdeanor of theft.
