Once again, the Transparent asked the Metropolitan Court how in 2023 which media was coping with the loss of press correction lawsuits. The answer revealed that Magyar Nemzet took the lead in losing cases this time, which was condemned by the court in 7 cases (6 times in full, and in 1 case partially). In cases of violating personal rights, Mediaworks holds the record with 25 adverse judgments. The Atlasz, RTL, and Telex channels did not lose any lawsuits.
