You can apply for a ballot in person at the Elections Office (City Council) until Friday at 12 noon. This allows for postal voting (from within or outside of Vienna) or voting at polling stations "off the beaten track."
Today is the last chance if you want to apply in writing for an election card for the Vienna election on Sunday. Until Friday noon you still have time to get an election card directly at the Magistratische Bezirksamt.
