MOUNTAIN CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Shawn "Bit" Brown has won the Republican primary for Johnson County sheriff. Brown defeated Joe Woodard in the May 5 primary election. Brown will now face incumbent Clifton Worley in the August general election.
