(WPHL) -- District Council 33, Philadelphia's largest blue-collar union, will possibly go on strike as union leaders walked out of negotiations just hours before the strike deadline and planned rally. If an agreement isn't reached, DC 33 is expected to be on strike as of 12:01 a.m. Tuesday morning. The rally is expected to be held at 5 p.m. on Monday.
