Durham Region is advising residents of lane restrictions on Adelaide Avenue East (Regional Road 58) in the City of Oshawa to safely rehabilitate the road.  Construction is ongoing on Adelaide Avenue East from Dover Street to Acadia Drive in Oshawa.
