Landslide at Apihimal, people along Chaulani river alerted
Barta Raj Paudel,, Chief District Officer, Baitadi, informed that efforts were being made to alert the people and settlement along the river. "Official details about damage of the landslide are yet to be received although the police has been dispatched to the landslide site," he said.
A landslide has occurred in the Bhattar area of Apihimal Rural Municipality-2 in Darchula. The flow of the Chaulani River has been affected due to the landslide, informed Chief District Officer Vartaraj Poudel.
