Landlords in England and Wales were waiting nearly 25 weeks to repossess properties, according to research from LegalforLandlords.  The average timeline increased by over 9% in the last year, taking the time from submitting a possession claim to repossession up from 24.4 weeks to 26.6 weeks.  Repossession volumes also rose, with an average of 7,099 quarterly possessions over the past year compared to 6,799 the year before, a 4.4% increase.
