LAGRANGE, Ind-- What started as a COVID project, quickly bloomed into something much bigger. One local family in LaGrange decided to take on a big project, restoring the historic Bloomfield Schoolhouse. The Wiggins family moved to Indiana from Texas where one of their favorite spots to visit was a lavender farm. The family started growing lavender and quickly realized this hobby could be something much bigger.
