Migros has finalized the discussions concerning the sale of the Hotelplan group. Dertour, already active in Switzerland via the brands Kuoni and Helvetic Tours, takes over the tour operator, while Hometogo acquires Interhome, an active subsidiary in the rental of apartments and houses of the tour operator of the first Swiss retailer.
