CNN– A household staple is getting a vegan makeover. Kraft partnered with plant-based food company NotCo for a dairy-free mac and cheese. It’s called “Kraft Not Mac and Cheese”. The vegan cheese is made with fava bean protein and coconut oil powder. Kraft says it has a similar taste, look, and feel to its original product.
