One year of work results in indictments in Kingsport toddler death case

Two years of investigative work by prosecutors and police resulted in seven charges including the murder of a toddler placed against a Morristown man. A grand jury indicted Easton Vance, 20, on three counts of first degree murder in the death of a boy identified by family as 14-month-old Elliot Whitaker.
