Ice storm warning for part of Pennsylvania for Friday and Saturday
On Thursday at 2:15 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an ice storm warning valid from Friday 10 a.m. until Saturday 7 a.m. for Warren, McKean, Elk, Clearfield, Cambria and Somerset counties.The weather service adds, "Significant icing expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around one quarter of an inch."
