By Emmanuel Oladesu Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has approved the appointment of Mrs Hannah Onyinoyi Odiyo as the new Head of Service.She was, until her appointment, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture.The governor, in a statement in Lokoja, the state capital, thanked the outgoing Head of Service, Mrs Deborah Ogunma, for her forthrightness and contributions to civil service reforms.Bello also congratulated Odiyo on her appointmen
