KNOXVILLE, Iowa -- A man police say wrote threats on playing cards and distributed them at the Knoxville Walmart Monday night has been charged with threat of terrorism. The Knoxville Police Department said William Kisling, 44, was arrested at his residence in Harvey following the incident. He is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
