President Salva Kiir Mayardit has issued a presidential decree relieving and appointing the Commissioner of Juba County in Central Equatoria State under the Revitalized Transitional Government. According to the decree, Hon. Emmanuel Tete Ezbon has been relieved of his duties as Commissioner of Juba County. The President expressed appreciation for his service, citing his commitment
