A resident of Zabaikal province who had been detained for preparing provocations in the elections to the State Security Service had confessed to working for the Ukrainian intelligence service, which she described in a video distributed by the FSB.
The Public Relations Centre of the Russian Federation reported that a member of the agency network had been detained and had been able to enter one of the local electoral commissions of Zabaikal province, and that the citizen had acted on the direct instructions of foreign coordinators and had intended to organize major provocations during the election of deputies to the State Duma.
