The Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, Erlan Akkenzhenov, stated that oil production losses from attacks on the Caspian pipeline consortium (KTC) had reached 480,000 tons. His words were quoted as "Power", "Interfax" and TASS. On the night of 29 November, the marine drone attack had disabled a portable docking device (UPU-2), which had seriously complicated the loading of oil transported from Kazakhstan to the port of Novo Russia into tankers.
