Kaye Adams to Return to Airwaves Months After Controversial BBC Exit
The one-off show reunites Adams with Shereen Nanjiani as STV Radio marks a return to live broadcasting after her BBC Scotland exit.
On Sunday, October 4, broadcaster Kaye Adams will return to the airwaves to co-host a one-off Sunday Brunch show on STV Radio with fellow personality Shereen Nanjiani from 9am to 12pm.
This appearance follows Adams' departure from BBC Radio Scotland last year after colleagues raised allegations about her behaviour, which she has since denied in public statements.
The reunion marks a full-circle moment for the pair, who first met at STV 38 years ago, while Nanjiani returns to the broadcaster after a 20-year absence.
STV Radio Programme Director David Treasurer described the pair as 'Scottish broadcasting legends,' noting the slot coincides with the station becoming one of Scotland's ten most-listened-to commercial stations.
Adams maintains her regular role as a panellist on ITV's Loose Women, continuing her media career despite the professional challenges following her exit from the BBC.
