Kate Middleton Makes Emotional Admission About Prince George Leaving Home
Kate said she has missed George since he began boarding at Eton and is looking forward to having all three children home for half-term.
- On Thursday, the Princess of Wales visited East Anglia's Children's Hospices in Ipswich, sharing that she is looking forward to Prince George returning from Eton College for his half-term break on Friday.
- George began full-time boarding at Eton last month, marking his first extended time away from the family. The 13-year-old will enjoy a "long leave" starting Friday, lasting for just over a week.
- "My children break up tomorrow, and I can't wait to have them home," the Princess said during her visit. She admitted having "missed" her eldest son while away at school.
- The Princess revealed that her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, are equally excited for the upcoming break. She noted that "half term is a good time, a chance to catch up."
- During the same visit, the royal toured a construction site at the hospice to view expansion plans. EACH's retail arm is expected to provide £3 million for the charity this year.
